The U.S.-Africa Energy Forum (USAEF) has announced a strategic partnership with Moore Global, a leading global accounting, audit, and advisory network. This collaboration aims to drive investment and foster collaboration in Africa’s energy sector, particularly focusing on critical minerals.

Moore Global brings extensive experience in financial advisory and investment facilitation across key markets, including Africa. Their participation in USAEF underscores the growing importance of Africa’s vast mineral reserves, particularly in the energy transition and the supply chains for industries like oil, gas, renewables, and battery technologies.

Through this partnership, Moore Global will lead a private equity session focused on financing African energy projects. The discussions will cover deal structuring, risk mitigation, and capital deployment strategies. The partnership’s goal is to create impactful investment strategies and policy frameworks that promote Africa’s long-term energy growth and resource independence.

Candice Czeremuskin, Moore Global Leader in Private Equity, highlighted the firm’s expertise and global relationships, which will add significant value to ongoing energy projects in Africa. James Chester, CEO of Energy Capital & Power, emphasized the potential of this collaboration to enhance sustainable investments in Africa’s energy and critical minerals sectors.
