The Intra-African Trade Fair 2025 (IATF2025) has announced Arise Integrated Industrial Platforms (Arise IIP) as an official Premier Partner for the upcoming event in Algiers, Algeria, scheduled for 4–10 September 2025. Organized by Afreximbank in partnership with the African Union Commission and the African Continental Free Trade Area Secretariat, and hosted by the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, the fair will feature over 2,000 exhibitors from across Africa and beyond. It is projected to generate over US$44 billion in trade and investment deals, positioning itself as a catalyst for economic integration and industrial growth across the continent. Arise IIP, a joint venture between Africa Finance Corporation, Equitane, and the Fund for Export Development in Africa, specializes in identifying industrial gaps and creating tailored solutions to transform raw materials locally, boost exports, and expand trade. Executive Vice President for Intra-African Trade and Export Development at Afreximbank, Mrs. Kanayo Awani, noted the alignment between Arise IIP’s mission and the fair’s objectives, emphasizing their shared commitment to advancing Africa’s industrialisation and global competitiveness. Arise IIP’s COO, Mr. Amit Agrawal, reflected on the success of their previous participation and highlighted the IATF’s unique role in forging partnerships and driving sustainable industrial ecosystems. Arise IIP operates flagship projects across Africa, including the Gabon Special Economic Zone, Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone in Benin, and Plateforme Industrielle d’Adétikopé in Togo. Its participation is expected to strengthen the trade fair’s capacity to serve as a hub for investment, innovation, and collaborative development.
